Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to estimates, proposals, customer-portal use, communications, and services provided by Longhorn Lighting Solutions (“LLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). A signed proposal or written agreement may include additional project-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the signed project document controls.
Estimates, scope, and changes
Estimates are based on the information available when prepared and are subject to final site verification. Measurements, product availability, system requirements, and installation conditions may require an updated scope or written change order. Work outside the approved scope requires written approval before it is performed.
Payments
Payment timing, required deposits, discounts, and balances are stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or customer portal. We may use third-party payment processors to accept online payments. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for agreed charges due under the approved project documents.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project information, reasonable access to the property, and timely decisions or approvals needed to perform services. You are responsible for obtaining permissions or approvals under your control, including homeowner-association approval, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Customer portal
Customer-portal links are intended only for the recipient and project identified in the portal. Do not share a portal link with anyone who is not authorized to view the project. Portal information is provided for convenience and does not replace the controlling terms in an approved proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
Service communications
By providing contact information and consenting where required, you agree that LLS may contact you about your inquiry, estimate, project, appointment, payment, or service. For text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. Text-message consent is not a condition of purchase.
No warranty beyond written terms
Any warranties, limitations, or remedies are those stated in the applicable signed agreement, manufacturer documentation, or law. Nothing on this page creates a warranty beyond those terms.
Updates
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
